The time duration of the delivery stated to you is the expected date, which may vary due to non-favorable or climatic factors. Our delivery partners are highly reliable and aim at providing you services at their best.

REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

  • Order can only be canceled within 4 hours from placing the order.
  • In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

We only do an exchange in case of defective or damaged products. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us through email care@steriattire.com or by calling at our customer service with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
